Photo Date Fixer
Photos from chat apps, screenshots or a copied camera folder all showing up on the day you copied them? If the date is in the file name, pick the folder and the real dates go back inside the files.

1. Choose your photos
Choose a folder of photos and videos. Every file whose name holds a date is fixed, and you'll see which app each one came from:

Some names carry no date at all, so they can't be fixed this way: Messenger's
received_…, Snapchat's Snapchat-…, Windows Screenshot (12).png, and
iPhone IMG_1234.jpg.
2. Fix the dates
Photos that already have a date inside are left alone, so camera originals that still have theirs aren't touched. WhatsApp Android names only hold the day, so those photos get midday, kept in the order WhatsApp numbered them.
Saving needs Chrome or Edge on a computer.

Your originals are never changed: fixed copies are saved into the folder you choose, with the same names. Copy them back to your phone or import them into your photo app.
